No return or exchange applicable for sale items/washed items.
In case there is a manufacturing defect or fitting issue we do consider an exchange.
In some cases if the same product or required size is not available we do consider a return.
In case of return customer has to arrange pickup or ship it by there own. Customer has to pay both side courier charges.
Exchange or return delivery time frame is 2-5 working days.
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. The amount will be credited as store credit and you be able use this credit for your next purchase.
Size and Fitting
Most Clothing is true to size.
Some fitting for same size clothing can be different in different patterns, for eg our Kurtas are snug fit, while shirts are comfortable fitting.
