Items sold once online can't be returned or exchanged. Payment once processed can't be refunded in any case.
You can check for size queries before placing an order. We don't offer an exchange policy for online orders.
If the item/items are damaged during shipping, we'll either send you an exchanged product or issue a cash credit note of the amount you've paid(depending upon the availability of items). For that, you must write to us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photographs of the items received. You can redeem cash credit on your online/offline orders anytime in the future. Items returned without prior exchange/refund request to us won't be entertained in any way.
