Refund Policy

  • Items sold once online can't be returned or exchanged. Payment once processed can't be refunded in any case. 
  • You can check for size queries before placing an order. We don't offer an exchange policy for online orders. 
  • If the item/items are damaged during shipping, we'll either send you an exchanged product or issue a cash credit note of the amount you've paid(depending upon the availability of items). For that, you must write to us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photographs of the items received. You can redeem cash credit on your online/offline orders anytime in the future. Items returned without prior exchange/refund request to us won't be entertained in any way.
